DeEtta Rust, 83, of Indianapolis, formerly of Erlanger, Kentucky, died Friday at her home. She was a retired dental assistant. Her husband, former Erlanger Police Chief, John William Sparks, preceded her in death. Survivors are a daughter, Dona Leinart of Indianapolis; three grandsons and three great-grandchildren. Services will be Saturday at Linnermann Funeral Home in Erlanger. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Erlanger. The Cincinnati Post, Monday, December 24, 2001
