Hi Camille, Saw your post. Hope this helps you. Edward Hanson was my Great Great Grandfather. His brothers were Thomas, John, Hugh, Joseph, Patrick. Some were step-brothers, as Michael was married to Catherine Casey first, then Mary Kilduff. Mary had John, Ed, Steve, Thomas. Thomas was one of the first settlers in Troy township. Michael's family was one of the first settlers in Iowa. they came from Ireland in 1844. Settled in or near Williamsburg, Holbrook and Parnell. Founded St Miachels church in 1854. More if you need.
