Mary Jane was married to my gggrandfather - John William McGowen. MJO b 1828 (GA) - d 1880 m 9/14/1848 (McGowen). John William is our brick wall b 1822 d 1886. Mary Jane's father Edwin Ogletree d 1850 AR; her mother Elizabeth Avery m 1/14/1827 Jasper Co GA d AL? Who was your grandmother? I have the offspring names of John William McGowen and Mary Jane. I have been unable to find much if anything on Mary Jane and John William.
