I believe you contacted me some years ago regarding Samuel Hogg and the research you have on your 3Ggrandmother Mary Lowry Hogg. I think at the time we could not make a connection between your Samuel and my James Hogg, but we might be able to now....we have a letter from my 3G Grandfather, dated 1890s (I believe) where he is in the US visiting family...NY...and I believe he could be visiting his uncle Samuel and his cousin Mary Lowry. I have some more details but it's sketchy....you still tracing this line? Maybe we should touch bases again and catch each other up.
