Here is some info on the will
1861 Will for John Burgany . It states " Executed June 1, 1859, probated August 11, 1861. This will is from Spalding County and contains an understanding with his present wife (who is not named) that each should retain property held at the time of their marriage. Executor: Tilman Burgany of Montgomery, Alabama, his oldest son. Witnesses: Thos. J. Brooks, Wiley Patrick and J. W. McCord."
