Searching for parents, bro, sis of my great grandfather, David McAllister, b 18 Jan 1833 Green Co, KY according to service records. Served 15 yrs Union Army. Died 12 May 1892 McCulloch Co, TX. Md Mary Ann Wilson in TX.
Mother said to have died when he was young, father remarried a Mrs. Weatherby. Father b MD, mother b KY. Said to have had a bro, Theodore. Have much data on other McAllister families. Will share.

In collecting McA info. I found your David b. Greensburg, Green Co KY, m. 4 Jul 1871 San Saba Co TX, d. 1892
at Millburn, Mc Culloch Co TX, bur Cox Cem.
You may have all of this--but thought I'd send it just in

My McAs were in Mercer, Franklin and Anderson Cos, KY

I have a ggggrandfather named Pascal McAllister born around 1828 in Green Co.,KY. It is thought but not yet proven that John McAllister (b. about 1792) was his father. If this is true then mother's name for Pascal would be Milly Slinker aalso. of Green Co.(born about 1795 in VA). Unable to provide any other possible sib names at this time.

I have looked every where I can think of or afford too for them. I will paste the census report here if I can. These were my great grandparents. They supposedly lived in Rowan Co. Ky about 1900, but I can find no records anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
