Lola Frances Wilson Armstrong, Age 93, former resident of Beavercreek, OH born in Cynthiana, KY, went to be with the Lord on August 5, 2009. Lola was a graduate of Lebanon High School. She and her husband, Joe, retired to Florida for 30 years and returned to Beavercreek 2 years ago. She was the daughter of Wm. Griffith and Minnie Lee (Richardson) Wilson. Lola was the first daughter in a family of eight brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her loving and cherished husband of almost 73 years, Joe Wm. She is survived by 3 adoring children, John Armstrong and wife Yutonia of PA and FL, Joanne Andrew and husband Woody, of Beavercreek, OH and Debbie Burnett and husband Gary, of Chattanooga, TN; 7 grandchildren; John, Jim, Robin, Greg, Mark, Troy and Tim; 9 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; 2 sisters Louise of Largo, FL and Rosetta Norma Dillman of Lebanon, OH and many nieces and nephews. She was a wonderful wife and mother who loved and cherished her husband and children. She especially loved cooking, sewing, crocheting, reading, flowers and especially her beloved dog, Bonnie. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am-12:00pm on August 11, 2009 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Ave. at Rahn Rd. with a service at 12:00 noon. Pastor Pete Peterson officiating. Entombment following in Miami Valley Memory Garden Mausoleum.
