Elizabeth Wells MAGGARD, age 70, of St. Clair Township, OH died at her residence on November 16, 2008. She was born in Hazard, KY on July 21, 1938, the daughter of the late Jerry and Bertha (Spencer) Wells. She received her education and graduated from the Kentucky school systems. On December 29, 1958, in Wooten, KY Elizabeth married Lowell MAGGARD. She retired in 2006 from Mitsubishi Car Company as a Line Leader. She was a member of the East HAMILTON Baptist Church. Elizabeth is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, Lowell; daughter, Peggy Sue Riley and her husband James of HAMILTON, OH; four grandchildren Kelly (Scott) Creager, Kimberly Riley, Kristopher Riley and Kevin Riley; great-granddaughter Emily Creager; sister Juanita (Bill) Woods of Indianapolis, IN; brother, Jerry (Trudy) Wells Jr. of Hazard, KY; special sister-in-law Claudia Rust of Hamilton; sisters-in-law Doris Bowling of Cindi, KY, Janice Coots of HAMILTON and Eulene Cawsey of Cindi, KY; brother-in-law Ed MAGGARD of Wooten, KY and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to express their special thanks to Dr. Richards and his staff for their loving care. Funeral services will be held at East HAMILTON Baptist Church, 1493 Parrish Avenue, HAMILTON, at 12noon on November 19, 2008, with Brother Dale Hinderlighter officiating.
