Williams APPLEGATE, 83, of
Monroe, OH died June 10, 1998 at Mount
Pleasant Retirement Village. She was born on March 13, 1915, in
Ary,
KY, the daughter of James and Melda
Williams. Mrs. Applegate came to the
Middletown area in 1936. She worked as a production operator at Raymond Bag Co. and was a member of South
Middletown Church of God. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett
Wilson APPLEGATE, in 1972; her parents; brothers, Adam,
Harrison,
Taulbee, Fernando,
Tommie,
Mitchel and the Rev. Bill Williams; sisters, her twin,
Zona Lawson Ferguson, Virgie
Williams, Rushie
Engle and Leona
Lawson. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, at Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ed
Cloninger officiating. Burial will be in
Woodside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of
