In 1805 Robert Robinson was a neighbor of Wm Lyles and James Hamilton; Lyles sold 100 ac on Fishing Creek to John McCreary [or McCrory], Jr. John McCreary Sr was an attorney, I think. Witnesses to this deed transaction [Vol. L p110, No. 66] were Aaron Gordon and George Letsinger. Most of the time the witnesses were neighbors and/or close kin. Robinson is only mentioned as a neighbor to Wm Lyles/John McCreary. Either of those men could have been related to him since folks often lived adjacent to their kinfolk.
