I am seeking information on William "Bill" and Aughtway Ann (LOWRANCE/LORANCE) KELSO. He was a Texas Ranger. I don't know when or where they were born or married. At some point, they lived in Kerr County. They are buried in Edwards county. They had seven children: Jim, Will, Robert, Alf, Albert, Matilda Angeline and Mary Ann KELSO. Mary Ann was my great-grandmother. She married Richard Hugh MILLER in 1896 in Mason.
