I am a volunteer researcher for the Texas Police Officers Memorial. On 10 Feb 1929 Borger Police Chief Joe HUTSON was accidentally wounded when another officer dropped his pistol. He was survived by his wife, 5 children, parents, 8 brothers and one sister. He was buried in Borger. I am searching for his place of burial and any surviving family members.

I am a volunteer reseacher for Hutchinson County. I have enumerated all seven cemeterieds in Hutchinson County I did not find Joe Hutson listed, I have read about this incident where he was killed but do not know where he is buried, Cleo Morrison
