I need any inf. on James Asa & Susan Unknown Adams. He was born in 1821 in SC, she was born 1822 in Tenn. I think he died about 1860-70.

We also connect to a James Asa Adams and I have his info. However he was born in NC.My email is rka4200@yahoo.com. This one couls be the son of that one. My hubby did a DNA and tied into that Adams family. OUr ggg grandfather is JAmes Adams also and he was b abt 1799 in TN. TN was not a state yet so I am guessing it was in NC.HE married Catherine THomas and they had 4 or 5 kids in NC and then went in 1837 to Ray COunty MO.Our JAmes died just before 1850 in Ray Co, MO. We have never been able to find any family further back and we dont yet know the relationship to James Asa Adams who is the right age to be a son or a nephew.I think he was born abt 1830 in NC. I have a connection to that line if you email me I will give it to you.

My James A. Admas was born 1821 in SC. He married Susan Unknown in 1844 in Tenn He died in 1867 & is buried in Unionville, Bedford Co., Tenn. Their children are:
(1)James Acey, Jr. 1844. Married Virginia Ann Philips in 1863. died aaft. 1910 in Kauffman, Tx.
(2)Joseph Richard, 1846. Married Elizabeth Era Dickens 1867. Died 1894.
(3)Nancy J. Adams. 1849. Married J.W.John 1862. Then Married George Davidson 1878. Tenn.
(4)Parthena J. 1850 Married T.H. Carnall 1875.
(5)William L. 1852.
(6)Benjamin F.D. 1853
(7)Arthur E. 1855.
(8)Robert BELL, 1860. Married Cynthia Matilda Claiborne 1879. Died in Drain, Navarro Co., Tex. My G-GrandParents.
I sure hope we are related. I have looked for over twenty years.
