I guess more info would be helpful. Homer's father's name was Henry. Rumor is that he left his family here in Ohio to move to Iowa to start a new family and no one supposedly heard from him again. Homer was born in 1895 and died in 1944 in Lorain County, Ohio. Do not have a clue on Henry after he left Ohio

Homer Floyd Bailey's mother was married more than once. Homer has half siblings: Alfred Crook, Pearl Crook and Catherine Crook. Her name may have been Ethel or Elizabeth, not sure. Homer's father was called Henry, may have been first or middle name.
Any and all help is appreciated.

Had the rumors wrong it seems.
Homer Floyd Bailey (born and raised in Ohio) married Ethel Sara Beam.
Homer's dad was Samuel born 1858 in Pennsylvania.
Brother Henry was born in Glencoe, Minnesota, 1889.
Sister Pearl born in Iowa, 1893.
Sister Katherine born in Ohio 1894.
Half brother Alfred Manning born 1908.
Somewhere before 1900 she had two children who died and possibly one that is unaccounted for as yet.
Samuel married Josephine born 1870 in Germany (came here in 1878). They divorced between 1896 and 1899. He took Pearl & Henry to Iowa. Katie & Homer stayed with Josephine. Josephine then married Wilson Tripp in 1900 and divorced him in 1903. She then married Joseph Manning in 1904 and stayed married to him until she died of pnuemonia in 1916. Josephine's sister Mrs. Marstin took care of her at the end according to newspapers. Newspapers also said she had a brother who lived in Oberlin, Ohio.
I see that Pearl and her husband Henry Whitney took in Henry and Katherine during 1910 census. Until Katherine married Leo Mohrman when she was 17. Henry then goes back to Iowa and marries Jeanette.
Any one with some good hints or information would be appreciated by me.
