I am trying to locate and relatives of Fannie Cornish she was a full blooded Cherokee Indian, and she was my great grand mother, her Husband was Lawrence Bailey he as an African American, my great grand father, they were forced off their land in the 70's, and my great grandfather was killed by a tracker trailer, when he was very young, they had a number of children, my grand father's name was John Solomon Bailey and he talked about a brother name Mark before he died, but there was others and they scattered during the time they had to move from their land in NC, if any one have any info, of any known relatives please contact me via e-mail. Surnames: WEELDON, WEEDEN, WHILDEN, WILDEN, BROWN
These surnames are all somehow connected to my AA/Native
WEELDON/WEEDEN/WHILDEN/WILDEN family so I am hoping that
something here is familiar.
My ggrands lived in Wilmington, NC and my ggrandmother was
CHARATA BROWN, a Native American.
