Who was Hugh Coker that was listed in the 1860 census of Chesterfield County South Carolina and what became of him?

The 1860 census of Chesterfield County, written page 11, stamped page 99, Dwelling and family number 76, post office Cheraw list the household as follows:

Hugh Coker, w. m. age 40 born in S.C.
Lucy A. Coker, w. f. age 41 born in S.C.
Caleb Coker, w. m. age 16 born in S.C.
Thomas Coker, w. m. age 15 born in S.C.
Hugh W. Coker, w. m. age 13 born in S.C.
Wm. A. Coker, w. m. age12 born in S.C.
Sarah J. Coker, w. f. age 10 born in S.C.
Jno. Coker, w. m. age 1-1/12 born in S.C.
James M. Coker, w. m. age 1/12 born in S.C.
Elizabeth Rasco w. f. age 40 born in S.C.
Harriet Rasco, w. f. age 14 born in S.C.
Joseph Menders, w. m. age 12 born in S.C.
Wm. Rosco Menders, w. m. age 10 born in S.C.
Mary Jane Menders, w. f. age 50 born in S.C.

What was the relationship of the Coker family to the Rasco and Menders of this household to each other?

Where was these people in the 1850 census and where were they at when the 1870 census was taken?

This household is listed on the same page and six houses away from the household of Oliver Rasco ( later records list name as Roscoe).

There is a household in the 1850 census headed by a Jane Minders as follows:

Jane Minders, w. f. age 28 born in S.C.
Mary Minders, w. f. age 13 born in S.C.
Rebecca Minders, w. f. age 7 born in S.C.
Margaret Minders, w.f. age 5 born in S.C.
Joseph Minders, w. m. age 3 born in S.C.
Effa Minders, w. f. age 1 born in S.C.

This household is in close proximity of the household of Oliver Rasco in 1850.

Are the Minders in the 1850 census and the Minders in the household of Hugh Coker in the 1860 census the same people or related to each other?

James R. Rasco
