Aaron Cobb was born abt 1906, to Ed Cobb abt 1874 and Rosa Farmer Cobb abt 1875, siblings Milton abt 1895, John, abt 1897, and Benjamin, abt 1898. The lore goes, that at about age 14, Aaron looked at a white woman too long, and he was castrated. He may have boarded a train and left the area, but chances are, he probably bled to death. We never knew of his whereabouts. They resided in Spring Hill and or Belcher, Alabama. The counties, at that time, for the communities, were Barbour or Bullock. I would appreciate any information on my long lost relative.
