Born, Borden Mckee, September 11, 1883, Birth father; Robert W. McKee. He was adopted by J. A. Coulter, of Georgetown, Colorado, June 22. 1895. Robert had a sister, Mary or Maryjane Mckee who married a Borden. I have a barely legible copy of a newspaper article about Borden Mckee /Coulter receiving an inheritence from the Bordens. Am trying to find relatives of any of them.
If anyone has information on "Cork" Coulter who was living in Texas a few years ago, I am trying to locate him also.

Borden M. Coulter was a half-brother of Harmon Leggett Coulter, who married a 1C2R of mine, Myrtle 'Mertie' Walden. For Borden and the Coulter family I have only information gleaned from the Internet and the census (about his step-parents, Judge John A. Coulter & Annie Gaffney Leggett Coulter), but have some information about the Walden family. I see that Borden was in Casper, Wyoming, my hometown, in 1918. If he was there as long as, say, 1930, I may be able to find local information about him.

Borden McKee Coulter was married to my Aunt Josephine Grother Coulter, and is buried near Parachute, CO. His son, Borden, Jr died near San Diego, CA and his other son, Neil M Coulter died just this year in Casper, WY. I would be interested in learning more about he or his family, and sharing what little I know.

I am Leigh Dupre. I know of Borden McKee Coulter Jr. son of Borden and Josephine Grother Coulter. Neil's first wife Artus Green lived in Rifle, CO. They had a son Darrel who still lives in Rifle, Co.
