I'm looking for a lady in North Carolina who visited Moate, County Westmeath, Ireland, while doing research on a book on the English family. There is an English family in County Westmeath.

The reason why I'm looking for her is that she knows how to contact an informative individual called Cecil English. Martina Griffin, of the local historical society, apparently gave her Mr. English's unlisted phone number, and then lost it, and the local historical librarian who sees him rarely doesn't have it.
