DOVER (DE)- Lawrence Ferguson, departed this life Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009, due to heart failure. He was born Nov. 9, 1949, in Bronx, N.Y. He survived by his wife, Marie Ferguson; son, Casey Patrice Vinson; stepdaughter, Stacey Noel Vinson; brother, Charles Tribbett; and sisters, Winifred Cooper and Charlene Wisher. A private service was Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2009. A memorial service in his honor will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009, at Emmanuel Union Methodist Church in Cheswold.
