William Thomas Gibson married Elizabeth Jane Drake in 1864 in Chiswick, England. They came to Canada sometime after 1871 and are recorded on Canadian Census of 1881. Their children born in England were, Georgina M.M. Maude C.A. William Edward and John A. born about 1875 Ont.Canada.

Dorothy Gibson, born about 1885 in Australia claims on her marriage certificate that William T and Elizabeth above were her parents. Dorothy married Ernest Frederick Jenkins in Vancouver,Canada 11 December 1905 and on 24 February 1914 she traveled to Seattle, Washington, USA and disappears leaving her five year old son(my father)with Elizabeth and Georgina above and Ernest is also gone.
