I am looking for any information on Thomas Hanson born May 25, 1809. His parents names are Michael Hanson and Mary Kilduff. Also Thomas married Bridget Meagher about 1837. Any information would be grateful

Saw your post. Hope this helps you. Edward Hanson was my Great Great Grandfather. His brothers were Thomas, John, Hugh, Joseph, Patrick. Some were step-brothers, as Michael was married to Catherine Casey first, then Mary Kilduff. Mary had John, Ed, Steve, Thomas. Thomas was one of the first settlers in Troy township. Michael's family was one of the first settlers in Iowa. they came from Ireland in 1844. Settled in or near Williamsburg, Holbrook and Parnell. Founded St Miachels church in 1854. More if you need.
