Hi Nick!
Are you doing genealogy research?
My ggg grandmother was Catherine Josephine Kilduff
She was born Sep 25, 1834 in Rosecommon County
Ireland near the Shannon Bridge. Her father's name was
John.
I'm looking for any information on Catherine's family.
Would appreciate any help you can give me!

Hi, I'm related to Michael Kilduff from co. Roscommon, born about 1818. He moved to Bristol CT and had ten children there. Where did your Kilduffs live in the US?

Catherine Josephine Kilduff married Patrick J Murray
in 1854 and their daughter Mary Elizabeth Murray was born
in Boston, Mass. in 1856.
Catherine Josephine died in 1915 in Manilla, Iowa
and Mary Elizabeth died 1919 in Sioux City, Iowa.
I don't have census info yet so don't know
where they were in between.
My g grandfather was born in Iowa but the family
moved to Minnesota when he was 14.

I just received new information:
Catherine Josephine KILDUFF MURRAY
lived in New Orleans for several years after
the Civil War. Her husband Patrick MURRAY
was a patrolman for the Metropolitan Police.
He died 1883 and was buried in Nebraska???
