Looking for any information on the following Neil Mclean and Sarah Gaston child Catherine born in victoria abt 1854.

Catherine Married William Henry SMITH abt 1876 in Victoria, their children are Ethel Foster b 1878, Ellen Mclean b 1883 and Meltia Gaston b 1877 all in victoria.

Meltia Gaston Married Henry John Watson MASTERTON abt 1901 in Melbourne, Victoria and their children are Melita Officer b 1902, Ethel Foster b 1905, James Henry b 1909, Eillen ( my grandmother) b 1911, Leith Mclean b 1912, Marty Catherine b 1914 all born around melbourne, Victoria, AUST.

Hi there. I am not sure whether you are still after this information but I was surprised to see my grandfathers name come up. I am one of four grandchildren of Leith McClean Masterton. Leith and Elizabeth had two children. Andrew Masterton and David Masterton. David has no children. Andrew married my mother Eleanor Harrington and they had four children. Lane, Kate (me) Richard and Emily. Hope this helps. If you already have the information - hope this confirms it. Leith is currently living with my parents. Cheers

We are investigating our Ancestor James Paterson and understand that his Nephew, Henry Masterton and subsequently, Henry's son Leith McLean Masterton inherited the James Paterson shipping company (which we understand closed in around 1960). Are these men your Grandfather & Great Grandfather? We are trying to discover the family link between the the Paterson & Masterton families. Perhaps you may know...?

Yes I have a little bit of info. I can tell you have Leith McLean Masterton is still alive but is loosing his memory, He still lives in melbourne.

I would love to hear about your research, we have heard storys about the Patersons, from my mum and aunty.

Leith is the only Masterton left.

I have moved from Beerwah but only moved to Blackbutt, I would like to keep up with the emails
