When and Where was your great grandfather born? Do you know When and Where he died? Did you try to locate him on a census, because if you don't know the where, that should give you the where. The basic information always helps. You have to give to get.

my dad has all the information and refuses to share any of it thats why I am asking for help. I cant afford to pay to use this site so I am using it to the best of my ability so if you could help that would be great.

Do you know where he lived or at least what State? I am from the Mason line that ended up in Sullivan, Indiana.

What is your father's full name, and date of birth. Do you know where your dad was born? I'll look him up on the 1930 census, assuming he was born before 1930, and hopefully your grandfather was not dead. If so, give me the name of your grandmother also. Where were they before Indiana? I also have a lot on MASON. The second generation stayed in Michigan. The third, fourth, etc. spread out over the USA.

Lissie d. 3 Aug 1943 in Ventura, Ventura Co., CA. Charles md. a 2nd time to a lady with the surname CARLTON. Charles Harrison MASON d. 18 Feb 1988 in Ventura Co., CA and is burried in Ivy Lawn Cemetery.

I first pick up on Andrew Mason and his brother James in 1798 when Andrew married Sarah Sadowski in Ky. I think, but cannot find proof that Andrew Mason was born abt 1770 in Tn. Parents unknown at this time.
James Mason married Rebecca Sadowski, sister to Sarah, in the early 1800's
Andrew and Sarah are my 4th great grand parents.
They went to Sullivan County, Indiana and lived there the rest of their lives.
