Most of my Meyrick family lived and worked in Cardiff and surrounding areas but im still having trouble finding family further back. Family in Capital letters are my main line.

THOMAS Meyrick c1807 - born Radyr - worked in the tin mines.
He married Mary ? born Cardiff. Also, worked in the tin mines.
They had 8 children:

David married Elvira Davies on February 6, 1869 in St John the Baptist, Cardiff. He was a Blacksmith.
He died December 12, 1912 and was buried December 17 1912 in Cathays Cemetery.
David and Elvira had 7 children:

Daniel married Mary Ann Males in 1895 in Cardiff.

Kezia marrried George Henry Counsell on December 25, 1896 in St John the Baptist, Cardiff.

I am looking into my grandmothers family and stumbled upon this ad. Her maiden name was Meyrick and her first name was Betty. Her parents were William and Ann, and she was from Pontypridd.
She married James Banyard and came to Canada after WW2. They settled in Saskatchewan, where they had 2 children and 2 grandchildren, one of which is me.
