I only wish it did. My grandfather was Peter Mulligan and his wife was Catherine Meehan Mulligan. There were no Kilroy relatives that I am aware of even though Peter and his wife both lived in Lowell as did my Parents Donald Peter Mulligan and Kathleen Mae Moran Mulligan. I too Donald James Mulligan was born in Lowell, MA. Sorry I don't think this will help. I do have the 1936 telephone book from Lowell MA and in that year the were only 4 Kilroys listed in Lowell. Annie F. widow of John, James F. a postal carrier, Mary who was at a lodging house and Rita who was a student. There was no Canon Mulligan listed. Not much help I'm afraid. Good luck.

Yes sir we are part of the same tree. My name is Donald James Mulligan I now live in Florida but was born in Lowell, MA. My father was Donald Peter Mulligan who was baptized Peter Donald but lived his life and most records are as Donald Peter. His older brother was Richard known as Frankie, then Donald Peter, Catherine lived her life as Kay or Kathleen, Anna who is your Lynch connection was married to Wilfred Lynch who lived his life as Bucky, Gertrude and Alice are all my Aunts and uncles. Yes Peter and Catherine who lived her life being called Kate split up and he ultimately ended up in Boston and I can't find his final resting place other than a obituary which names all the right people just doesn't have an exact date or place. Katherine Townsend Mulligan Peter's wife lived her whole life in Lowell and Anna would have had her buried in that cemetery. The names as I knew them were Peter J. Mulligan married to Catherine F. Townsend Mulligan, Richard Francis Mulligan married to Mildred ? 8 children lived in Lowell, Donald Peter Mulligan my father married to Kathleen Mae Moran my mother 2 children lived in FL, Kathleen(Kay) Mulligan Bibeault married to Edward Bibeault three children lived in Fl, Anna Mulligan Lynch married to Wilfred Lynch 2 children lived in Lowell, Gertrude Mulligan Das married to Stanley Das 2 children lived in Metheune, MA, Alice Mulligan Rondeau married to Norman Rondeau 3 children lived in Fl. All the husbands and wife's are deceased at this point. All of the children to my knowledge are living although I have lost touch with mamy of them. Since I know this is a match I look forward to more communication with you especially if you can go back beyond Peter and Catherine. My relatives are descendants of Bernard Mulligan from Castlebar, County Mayo, Ireland. Most went to Quyon, Quebec, Canada, although (Philip)went to Australia (he was married to Margaret Richardson and they had Philip Donald, James, David, and Ellen). There were Catholic and Protestant Mulligans. We are of the Catholic bunch. :-)

Kate Mulligan was my grandfather's sister; I have family history on Kate's mother and father Frank born 1851 in Stroud Worcesteshire England died 1899 in Lowell, MA and Catherine Meehan born 1851 in Ireland, died Lowell, MA 1914. I have been searching my great great great grandmother Kate Mulligan. Do you have timeline and locale you could share? Is it possible to get help? Kate had 4 or 5 sons and at least 2 daughters. Husband Thomas Mulligan, farmer. John J was born around 1863 and was a middle child. How and where Kate came in not sure. Area lived in CT close to Mass and NY, so could be more than one state census. Catholic I believe but not sure. Irish for Thomas. Someone on that part of trunk was to be Brit but have not found as yet. Possibly Kate. Also, why for I find no reason, Morgan was to be a family name. Ant help would be most welcome

Hello, I don't think I am a match for you. My Grandmother was Catherine "Kate" Townsend Mulligan who was married to Peter J Mulligan and they lived in Lowell where she died and he died in Boston area. They had 6 children but the reverse in numbers two boys and 4 girls. Francis, Donald, Kathleen, Anna, Gertrude and Alice. The only Morgan reference is Donald my father was married to Kathleen Moran Mulligan and she had a sister Marion Helen Moran who's second husband was Charles Earl Morgan. No children from that marriage.

Ironic I found a grave in Peter Mulligan, pre 1890's in CT last night. Any chance it helps you love at grave search. Thanks for your prompt reply
