Charles Leslie Pierson born 1 Apr 1875 in Montrose, Susquehanna Co., PA. Died 6 May 1971 in Schenectady, NY @ Ellis Hospital. Occ. Maintenance General Electric, son of Eugene Lewellyn Leslie & Harriet Ellen Corwin. Residence: Schenectady, NY. Church affiliation, Methodist. Charles also lived in Montrose, PA. He was adopted by the Pierson's in compliance with the expressed wish of his mother who died young. The younger Leslie children were to be given to worthy persons, who were glad to adopt them as their own, and it was a source of comfort to their father, Eugene Lewellyn Leslie that they all found good homes. Charles married Maude Weatherwax on 29 Nov 1906 in Albany Street Methodist-Episcopal Church by Rev. Eaton. She was the dau. of Christopher Weatherwax & Elizabeth Conrick.

Bernice Elizabeth Pierson, born 7 Mar 1910 in Schenectady, NY married to Melvin Tuttle.

**Leslie Christopher Pierson born 10 Oct 1915 in Schenectady, NY married to Dorthy G. Pierson. Namesake: Leslie, named after his grandfather, Eugene Leslie.
I would appreciate any information on this family. Frank Leslie, Sr. (my grandfather) was the oldest brother to Charles. There was also; George Leslie, Dr. Arthur Leslie, Elmer Bruce Leslie, died in infancy, Bruce Eugene Leslie & Euphrasia Helen Leslie Griffis (Griffis, adopted name).
