I am looking for a Harvey or Henry Reynolds who came to the US from Ireland with his five sons; their names are Homer, Harvey, Joseph, John and one more that I do not have a name for. They would have came here in the 1800's.

See, I am looking for a needle in a hay stack and I have not even came close to finding it. I have no idea if that is the same person or a son of one of Harvey's (Henry's) children. I know that him and his sons came from Cork County Ireland in the mid 1800's. His wife must have died because she did not come over. I don't know what port or ship they came to or off of. Like I said I am looking for a needle in a hay stack!

I have information on Reynolds from County Fermanagh. It is unlikely that Homer came from Ireland as that name was rare in Ireland in 1800's

My name is Marianne Richards. My father, the late Frank Joseph Reynolds, Jr. did some research and tracked our family genealogy back to 1827, the year that my great, great grandfather, Patrick Reynolds was born. He arrived in the US from Ireland between the years 1827 and 1914. His wife, Mary Lynch-Reynolds and he had 3 children: Mary J. Reynolds, born 3/11/1858; Thomas F. Reynolds, born 7/6/1865; and Michael F. Reynolds, born 9/28/1860. I hope this information is helpful.

Edward Reyonlds married Mary Norton (I am guessing before 1836 and in County Fermanagh).
Alice Reynolds, daughter was born in Fermanagh (according to the 1901 Census) abt. 1836.
She was married at 19 to Edward Magee (26 years) 29 January 1856 at the Church of Holy Trinity, Parish of Kinawley (marriage record FHL 101378)).
Alice resided at Deryone at the time or her marriage, while
Edward Magee resided at Tunaloye.
Edward and Alice (Reynolds) Magee later moved to Cavan where they had 11 children:

Mary Jane m. Thomas Hewett
John m. Margaret Dobson
Margaret Ann m. Robert Henderson
Edward moved to America and resided with his Aunt (Reynolds)
