Ardmore, Okla., April 10 -(Special)-
Albert Taylor, who for years has labored under the

in hiding a vast wealth of buried gold, and who has
made many excavations along the banks of the stream,

in the Love county jail at Marietta accused of the
crime.
The trouble which led to the shooting came up over
the disputed ownership of a bridle. The Rogers men
are alleged to be keepers of a joint on Rock creek.
Taylor was an inoffensive and seemingly, at times, a
half-witted man. Ause Rogers is alleged to have done
