I am searching for info on Victoria Slade Campbell born about 1840 in Mississippi. She had a son Thomas,(abt.1860)(KY) who was "rejected by his biological father" so he has her maiden name as his surname.Thomas Slade married Florence (unknown)and they had 7 children.Their oldest son,John G. Slade married Dorothy Chestnutt and they had a son,John C. Slade.Son,Paul married Lilly holmes,daughter Ruth married Arthur Berry and they had one daughter,Roberta Berry(abt.1919).Son,Thomas married Alma unknown and they never had children.Daughters Laura and Florence also married and I am told Laura had one child and Florence had 12 children.Would love to hear from anyone who may be able to help fill in some blanks.Thomas and Florence settled down together in Portsmouth,Oh-son John in Cleveland,Paul in Milw,wi and Thomas in Chicago- no idea where anyone else may have gone.
