taken from "Minute Book Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions Lawrence County, Tennessee 1818-1822"? If so, please contact me.

Jan 7th, 1822
Ordered by the court that the last will and testament of Thomas Springer, dec'd, be recorded, that Willis Hammons and Peter P. Allsup, subscribing witnesses to said will be qualified which was done accordingly, and that letters testamentary issue. Thomas Allsup who was qualified and gave bond as Ececutor to said estate.

Monday, April 1st, 1822
Thomas Alsup executor of the estate of Thomas Springer, dec'd, came into Court and returned a bill of sale which was read and ordered to be recorded.
