There is a William R. Stigers who comes up during searches that I am interested in. He was born around 1838 in PA, married in Ohio and died in 'Washington, D.C. in 1917. The name Christopher is connected to him. Does anyone have information on this man? There is a slight chance that he could be my gggrandfather. If so, the last name changed spelling over the years.
