If you have a African American person missing in the Fayette County Area try looking at the Eastern State Hospital Web site, Mary Hatton of Bourbon County & myself have been going through the Kentucky death Certificates and we are posting them on the Eastern State site. There are lots of African Americans that died at Eastern State Hospital There have been over 10,000 people buried in this cemetery, We are working trying to save this cemetery from being moved, These people are African American & white both She listed the name, Race, birth & death date and what county they were from There are a lot of counties involved

Thank you, I would like to add that the address for the ESH site has changed to http://kykinfolk.com/esh/index.htm Also, many of the people who lived and died at ESH were from several counties in Kentucky, not just Fayette County
