Hello Ancestry.com - MyCanvas was malfunctioning on 24 June 2009. I attempted to print an excerpt from a newspage from Ancestry.com in a custom format. After I completed the document as I wanted it and printed it, I was unable to save it. I kept getting a login box which ignored my attempts to login by any method. However, when I used the browser backup arrow I was returned to the home page for MyCanvas and I was obviously logged in. But, I was still unable to save my project. I sent a feedback message to Ancestry, but I have not heard from Ancestry.com about this problem. Consequently I have lost the document that I had worked so hard to prepare. I did save the browser info if that will help you retrieve my work. Please advise of your solutions.

I managed to retrieve the "lost project document" by using the browser information that I had saved. Somehow I had been using another version of MyCanvas because the tools that I was working with on that project are not exactly the same ones that have been standard before and since that incident. Are you experimenting with a new format for MyCanvas?
