Probably silly to the regulars but I am new so have been saving info to 'shoebox' so I can see what is relevant later on.
I can't find where it is now thought

Click on Home at the top left. Go down to the bottom of the page. They should be there.

I have been saving items in my shoe box but do not know how to find it

You can customize the position of the shoebox, and all other boxes to your liking.

On your home page, look for the link "Customize your homepage", near the upper right corner. Hit the link and you can add, delete and move the boxes around your homepage.

Please remember that when you save something to your shoebox you are *not* saving the actual document to it- you are only saving a link to the image that is on Ancestry's server. If Ancestry removes the image- for whatever reason- then your shoebox link disappears.

Far better to save the actual image to your computer's hard drive. Then you don't even need to be online to see it.

Did you find the shoe box. I checked the tabs above and there is not one named 'my ancestry'. Someone needs to get busy to change the homepage to indicate where the shoe box ia. Too many people asking about it that indicates a real problem with the site.

The Shoebox is on your Home Page. Just exactly where on your homepage depends on how you have customized your home page.

If you don't see it just click the "Customize Your Home Page" link in the upper right corner of your home page.
