I hate this new software and all the problems it causes. I am trying to read a census record. I can't get image only anymore to work. I have done everything from upgrading my Java Script to turning off pop-up blockers to turning off my virus protection. This is pure nonsense. You can't get a tech who will answer a question. The software has gone to hell in a handbasket. Somebody at Ancestry.com should be made to pay us for debugging their mistakes. This is like Microsoft. You buy it, debug it for them, they "improve" the software by making it more difficult and most times just ruining what didn't work in the first place. I am so over this poorly improved system. The old system at least worked. Now I can no longer get a decend day in doing research without fighting the software.
