Missing parish registers from Southwark St Saviours, Surrey

It's wonderful to be able to access these original records online at last. However, the records for the particular period in which I am interested are not listed as available: 1674-1704.

Since all the other records are available for this parish and I know these particular records exist and can be accessed at the LMA - in fact I was looking at some from this very period only a few weeks ago - I'm hoping they will become available soon.

Can anyone form Ancestry please advise? Many thanks
Robert Sterry

Have you looked at
# London, England, Baptisms, Marriages and Burials, 1538–1812 - New

There is not a name search you have to browse images but clicking through Southwark and then St Saviours I see
Please choose :
1673-1705
1705-1713

and there are 336 pages in 1673-1705

PS actual ancestry do not seem to respond to this message board nowadays

Thank you Ronald for replying to my message. However, you are seeing something that I can't. In my view there are no parish entries for Southwark St Saviours for 1674-1704. There is a gap between 1653-1673 and 1705-1713.

I'm baffled how you can see a view that I can't.

By the way, it's been two weeks since I sent this query directly to Ancestry. I only used the Message Board because they hadn't replied. I guess their promise of replying within a couple of days doesn't mean much.

Found it! Many thanks. Two of the blocks of parishes are located under Saint Saviour, Southwark and all the rest under Saint Saviour. Just a bit of misindexing of course. I'm sure Ancestry will fix it eventually.

Apart from this small problem, I'm hugely impressed with what Ancestry has done with the LMA records. Absolutely brilliant.

Again, huge thanks to you for your assistance.

I guess Ancestry have a quite few things to correct but admittedly parishes in London get pretty confusing and they were probably in a hurry to get it all online as quickly as possible. What they have done - despite the errors - is a remarkable achievement. Perhaps they should involve the LMA staff more in fine tuning their online version!?

Ancestry did actually reply to my post on another matter, and suggested I direct any corrections for the LMA parishes to support@ancestry.com.au

I will do so in future.

Thanks for your help

Robert
