I have an ancestor, Martha, who's maiden name is listed as Schincoveak or Schincovja. She was born in Germany.

The only records I can find on Ancestry.com are the two records where I found the names in the first place. I even tried searching Google and it finds nothing at all for either of those names.

I've tried every variation I can think of and haven't been able to find anything relevant. I'm hoping someone here knows of some surnames that could be misspelled or incorrectly transcribed into Schincoveak or Schincovja.
