I just installed FTM 2010 on my PC (with Windows XP). When I open the program, it starts with the application initialization, a process that takes several minutes. Then when the program screen comes on, the program just freezes on me and gives me only a blank page. I also notice that the memory usage ramps up big-time when I open FTM 2010. I don't want to reload the program, as the computer constantly froze when I applied my family tree file to the program. Please advise ...
